Located in Oxnard, California, our association consists of 144 large executive homes, built in 1987. This prestigious neighborhood is situated along Spyglass Trail East and West and on several cul-de-sacs.

River Ridge has a nicely landscaped recreation area with clubhouse, kitchen facilities, restrooms, pool and spa and two lit tennis courts. It overlooks the beautiful River Ridge golf course.

Our association dues are one of the lowest in the area and cover the maintenance of our landscaped areas and recreation facilities.
